Our client is seeking an experienced IT Director – Supermarket to lead the development and execution of innovative IT strategies that support business growth, digital transformation, and operational efficiency across supermarket and e-commerce divisions. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin and will be based in Los Angeles/Orange County. As a key member of the leadership team, this executive will oversee infrastructure, security, and data management initiatives aligned with the organization’s long-term goals.

IT Director – Supermarket | Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin required
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Technology and Security leadership
- At least 5 years in an executive-level role within a supermarket, grocery retail, or consumer-driven business
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop IT teams at all levels
- Strong background in infrastructure management, security protocols, and emerging technology integration
- Familiarity with HTML5, ES6/7, TypeScript, React, Vue, and React Native
IT Director – Supermarket | Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee IT and Information Security strategies that support business growth and operational stability
- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and AI integration projects
- Design and maintain secure, scalable IT infrastructure tailored to supermarket and e-commerce environments
- Identify, evaluate, and manage technology vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-performance solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and department heads to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Manage risk mitigation strategies, disaster recovery plans, and ongoing system optimization
- Build and sustain a high-performing IT team through ongoing leadership development and succession planning initiatives
