Join Our Dynamic Team as a Practice Manager – Specialist Clinic in Denver, CO!

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for healthcare management? We're seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced specialist clinic. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing clinical operations, driving financial performance, leading a talented team, and enhancing the patient experience.

Practice Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, healthcare providers, and patients
• Manage the clinic’s budget, monitor expenses/revenue, and ensure compliance with billing, coding, and insurance processes
• Supervise 15+ employees, lead staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a positive work environment
• Ensure exceptional patient care, manage concerns, and implement retention strategies
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality and safety

Practice Manager Requirements:

• 5-10 years’ experience in managing a specialty clinic
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and regulatory compliance
• Excel and Quickbooks experience required
