CPA – Senior Tax Professional – Passthrough Specialist

Join a boutique, high-touch firm that specializes in supporting complex passthrough clients. We’re seeking an experienced tax professional with deep expertise in partnerships and S corporations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, enjoys direct client interaction, and is passionate about offering more than just compliance.

What Sets You Apart
- Mastery of passthrough taxation—basis, allocations, §754, §199A, and tiered structures
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable working with HNW clients, attorneys, and advisors
- Technically savvy—proficient in UltraTax CS, Excel, and document systems
- Detail-oriented—produce clean, review-ready work that is organized, accurate, and thorough
- Strong time management—able to handle ~150–200 returns per season with minimal oversight
- Strategic mindset—able to identify planning opportunities, not just problems
