What You’ll Do:
- Keep financials tight with accurate transaction recording
- Manage tax filings, licensing, and compliance deadlines
- Maintain fixed asset ledgers and key financial records
- Analyze and audit P&L statements, balance sheets, and reports
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll through Paychex Flex
- Jump in on special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting (CPA is a bonus!)
- Restaurant or hospitality accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, R365, Paychex Flex, OData, and Power Query
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
