General Manager Responsibilities:
- Keep team morale high and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Train, coach, and develop staff with a focus on continuous improvement
- Set high performance standards and hold the team accountable
- Maintain exceptional service quality and attention to detail
- Oversee internal operations, including delivery and catering services
- Drive profitability and efficiency through strategic leadership
General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, structured casual, fast-food, or QSR environment (NO JOB HOPPERS)
- Proven leadership with a strong, results-driven mindset
- Reliable, energetic, and highly organized personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong track record of exceeding expectations and fostering team growth
- Flexible availability for various shifts, ensuring operational excellence
