What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience with proven results
- A natural problem solver who can manage their time and their team like a pro
- Mastery of food safety, presentation, and quality standards
- Experience leading 30+ team members with confidence and clarity
- Someone who lives for creating top-tier guest experiences
- Bonus: Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!
The Perks:
- Base salary: $70,000–$75,000
- Up to $10,000 in bonus potential
- $10,000 annual retention bonus
