Sales Associate Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $75K–$80K base salary + 10% commission ($120K–$150K first-year OTE)

Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and secure new clients and accounts
- Lead showroom tours, showcasing our beautiful space
- Strengthen client relationships through strategic visits and engagement
- Follow up on sales orders, ensuring top-tier customer service
- Drive sales through phone outreach, collaboration, and high-energy engagement
Sales Associate Qualifications
- Outgoing, energetic, and skilled at engaging clients
- Thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven success in a sales-driven role
