National Sales Executive – B2B Expansion in the Retail Food Industry
Are you a dynamic B2B sales professional looking to take your career to the next level in the fast-growing retail food space? We are seeking a National Sales Executive to spearhead our expansion across the U.S. market. In this role, you’ll drive new business development, cultivate key relationships, and shape the future of our innovative, plant-based food brand.
Sales Executive Compensation:
- $65k-$75k Base salary + commission ($140k-$150k OTE)

Sales Executive Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience (CPG Food Industry required)
- Proven expertise in business development and contract negotiation
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Established book of business with a passion for continued growth
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Secure new B2B clients and manage contract negotiations nationwide
- Foster relationships with key accounts and distributors
- Oversee third-party sales partners to maintain brand and sales alignment
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive success
