Are you a seasoned Land Development Engineer ready to lead impactful land development projects from concept to completion? Join our team and bring your expertise to master planning, site design, and construction documentation for a diverse range of projects in Georgia.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee master planning, site planning, subdivision design, and detailed construction documentation
- Conduct site observations, interpret design specs, and recommend field adjustments
- Prepare grading, layout, hydrologic studies, and infrastructure plans
- Ensure technical quality, regulatory compliance, and provide professional engineering stamps
- Coordinate permitting, zoning, and environmental reviews with local authorities
- Manage multiple projects, mentor junior staff, and maintain strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Civil Engineer in Georgia (or ability to obtain registration)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in land development and site design
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and Civil3D
- NPDES “Qualified Personnel” Level II certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong skills in grading, layout, graphic presentation, and hydrologic analysis
- Deep understanding of NPDES regulations, road design, and erosion control
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
- Ability to work on-site, conduct field reviews, and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license
