Graduate Civil Engineer – Land Development (Clearwater, FL)

Seeking a full-time Graduate Civil Engineer to support land development projects in the Clearwater, FL area. The role involves assisting with multidisciplinary designs across various sectors, including residential, commercial, healthcare, education, energy, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare feasibility studies, engineering drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Support site layout, grading, roadway, utility design, and stormwater management SWM (H&H modeling, E&SC)
  • Assist with permitting and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with project teams and contribute to a variety of site development tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (recent/upcoming grads welcome)
  • EIT/FE certification preferred
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of stormwater management and land development design
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
