We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you know your way around machines, aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, and can fix just about anything, this is the spot for you.

This isn’t an entry-level job — we need a seasoned tech who’s seen it, fixed it, and can help others do the same. You’ll handle big repairs, plan preventive maintenance, and be the go-to person when something breaks down.

Required Qualifications

  • MUST have at least 5 years in similar role with large industrial machinery.
  • Ability to trouble shoot complex large industrial processing equipment, boilers and air compressors.
  • Strong knowledge of using blueprints and schematics to work through complex issues when they arise
  • Autonomy as well as collaboration with others to drive large projects
  • Ability to drive to our other locations in support of their needs from time to time.
  • MUST be able to work half day shifts every Saturday 5:30am-11am

Role Responsibilities

  • Ownership and pride in caring for our facility and machinery which we are very proud of.
  •  Lead preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smooth.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system problems
  • Follow safety rules — no shortcuts
  • Help train and guide junior techs on the team
  • Solve problems fast and figure out the root cause to avoid repeat issues

  • Hourly pay of $35-$45 per hour plus 2 hours of OT weekly
