Senior Director Human Resources Business Partner, Atlanta, GA
A Fast Growing National chain with 3,300 locations across the country is looking for a Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partner that will support three vice presidents in their Field Operations across the country. Reports Directly to VP OF Human Resources and has upward mobility

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Quick Service Restaurant or Convenience Store Human Resources field operations support
• Experience in developing and implanting people performance management systems like 9-box
• Companywide, National scale manpower planning
• Ability to travel extensively 50% or more, must live close to major airline hub
Preferred Background & Skills
- Strategic planning for company human resource initiatives
- Experience in multiple Human Resources areas like Training and Development, Talent acquisition and Compliance
- People focused leadership style
