Our client's rapidly growing and well-established commercial construction company is looking to add an experienced and preferred bilingual Human Resource Generalist to their Nashville, TN team.

HR Generalist Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish, highly preferred
  • HR experience in the Construction or Industrial segments is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and Paychex Flex or similar software, required
  • 3+ years of professional Human Resources work experience, required
  • Good understanding of clerical/HR procedures and systems, including workers' comp
  • Coordinates trainings and certifications
  • Proven experience with new hire paperwork and onboarding
