Training Manager – Spa Industry

We’re seeking a passionate Training Manager with deep expertise in spa operations and training leadership. In this role, you will design and manage comprehensive training programs to ensure our team delivers exceptional service that upholds our brand and exceeds guest expectations.

Spa Training Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and delivery of training programs for new hires and existing spa professionals
  • Certify service readiness, conduct ongoing evaluations, and ensure training aligns with brand standards
  • Collaborate with spa leadership to enhance onboarding, product knowledge, and service execution
  • Launch new services and provide continued education to keep the team up-to-date and equipped

Spa Training Qualifications:

  • Active licensure in at least two of the following: Massage Therapy, Esthetics, Nail Technology
  • 8+ years of spa industry experience, with at least 2 years in a training or leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Deep understanding of spa culture, a service-driven mindset, and a commitment to professional excellence
