A nationally recognized and rapidly expanding hospitality group—renowned for its waterfront and landmark dining destinations—is hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead strategic recruiting across its award-winning restaurant brands. This leadership role is key to driving scalable hiring practices and building high-performing, guest-focused teams that support continued growth.

Director of Talent Acquisition Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant operations
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant recruiting/talent acquisition for multi-unit hospitality group
- Team player, collaborator, multitasker with exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Problem-solver, resourceful, adaptable, and a solutions-based strategic thinker
- Extensive experience in managing ATS platforms
- Experience managing job fairs and networking as a hospitality recruiter
