Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or strong Assistant General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Track record of successfully planning and executing private and special events.
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a FOH leadership team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure operational excellence in service standards, cleanliness, and food quality.
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, and revenue growth strategies.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
