Executive Chef – Lead with Flavor and Vision

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and craft unforgettable dining experiences. This is your opportunity to shape a scratch-made, European-inspired menu spanning breakfast, brunch, and dinner in a collaborative, guest-focused environment.

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years as an Exec Chef or Exec Sous Chef ready to take the next step in a fast-paced, full-service setting
  • Expertise in scratch cooking, especially across breakfast, brunch, and dinner
  • A clear European culinary style and love for regional flavors and techniques
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business management skills
  • Passion for culinary innovation and staying ahead of food trends

Executive Chef Benefits and Compensation:

  • Base salary $70,000-$80,000 + quarterly bonuses
