Executive Chef – Lead with Flavor and Vision

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and craft unforgettable dining experiences. This is your opportunity to shape a scratch-made, European-inspired menu spanning breakfast, brunch, and dinner in a collaborative, guest-focused environment.

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:

4+ years as an Exec Chef or Exec Sous Chef ready to take the next step in a fast-paced, full-service setting
Expertise in scratch cooking, especially across breakfast, brunch, and dinner
A clear European culinary style and love for regional flavors and techniques
Strong leadership, communication, and business management skills
Passion for culinary innovation and staying ahead of food trends

Executive Chef Benefits and Compensation:

Base salary $70,000-$80,000 + quarterly bonuses

Lead all kitchen operations—from prep to plating—with a focus on excellence and consistency

Ensure top-quality dishes made from scratch using fresh, premium ingredients
Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and food costs to drive profitability
