About Us: Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting student success! We are seeking an experienced University Registrar to manage student registration, maintain academic records, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. University Registrar Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee registration, academic records, transfer evaluations, graduation, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support student recruitment and retention.
- Manage compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements, including FERPA, GDPR, and Title IX.
- Coordinate the university's master schedule and all aspects of course registration.
- Oversee student information systems, data security protocols, and transcript evaluations.
- Supervise and develop Registrar's office staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Financial Aid, and other departments to ensure institutional goals are met.
- Participate in university events, committees, and strategic planning initiatives.
University Registrar Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education administration, psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a registrar's office, with leadership experience.
- Expertise in higher education registration and records management.
- Proficiency with Student Information Systems (Campus Nexus preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong understanding of academic policies, data security, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
