Our client in the Hospitality space is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of the employee experience through the full HR lifecycle, including payroll.
Human Resource Manager Benefits and Compensation

Human Resource Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, and claims, and provide guidance to staff on benefits options
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, and maintain accurate employee records
- Lead employee training and development initiatives
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Keep employee records, databases, and reports up-to-date
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR) preferred
- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Ability to travel to locations in Irvine and Los Angeles (20%)
