A well-established and respected real estate development and construction firm in the Boston area is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multi-family residential/multi-use commercial builds from initial planning through final turnover. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong command of the construction life cycle and a proven ability to deliver complex residential projects on time and within budget.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead end-to-end management of multi-family construction projects, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and local officials.
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules, proactively managing timelines and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Oversee site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, track progress, and provide accurate financial updates and reporting.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and performance, resolving conflicts and maintaining accountability.
  • Coordinate and ensure successful project closeouts, including final inspections and punch list completion.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • At least 8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in multi-family residential & commercial development.
  • A history of managing ground-up construction projects valued at $10M or more.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
  • Strong leadership skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining quality and compliance.

Nice to Have:

  • Degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture (not required but a plus).
