We’re a growing fast-casual scratch café brand seeking an engaging, fun Assistant General Manager to lead our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about great food, team development, and creating a welcoming customer experience.

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with FOH and BOH staff to maintain smooth service flow
  • Build and lead a strong, motivated team through coaching and mentorship
  • Place and receive vendor orders; manage inventory levels
  • Handle daily cash deposits and maintain register accuracy
  • Conduct interviews and onboard new team members
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules
  • Monitor KPIs and make operational adjustments to meet targets

Assistant General Manager Qualifications

  • Available to work full-time including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute or relocate as needed
