Position: Senior Talent Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Manager to act as the primary liaison for talent, overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating appearances, and supporting creators with day-to-day operational needs. This individual will handle everything from event logistics to contract management and billing, while also fostering strong relationships within the entertainment and influencer industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coordination and execution of campaigns and appearances for a roster of talent, including photoshoots, live events, and auditions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned talent, providing guidance and support across all engagements.
  • Oversee administrative needs such as contract processing, invoicing, scheduling, and payment tracking.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners including producers, networks, promoters, and media contacts.
  • Collaborate closely with creators to understand their personal goals, brand vision, and areas for growth.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing artists or digital content creators.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to bring a portable talent roster is highly valued.
  • Strong project coordination and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to operate autonomously.

Client-Specific Notes:

  • Only submit candidates who meet most or all of the requirements—prior staffing efforts fell short due to misaligned candidate profiles.
  • The hiring team is looking for individuals with direct experience in the beauty, wellness, skincare, or family verticals within influencer management.
  • Candidates must have a revenue-generating client list (minimum of $2 million annually), with a preference for those who can transition their clients to this agency.
  • Familiarity with agencies such as The Digital Department, MB Social, The Digital Brand Architects, Medfluencers, Ponte Firm, CAA, UTA, or WME is a plus.
  • Ensure applicants have reviewed the client’s hiring preferences and are ready for next steps before submission.
