Kitchen Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee kitchen staff
- Train, coach, and support team development
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
Kitchen Manager Qualifications
- Experience in a scratch kitchen strongly preferred
- Background in high-volume, full-service operations
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and calm under pressure
