Restaurant Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:

·      At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager

·      Strong understanding of financials and cost controls

·      Excellent customer service mindset providing superior service

·      Collaborative management style, always treating team members with respect

·      Must be able to lead all restaurant operations.

·      Select, hire and train according to the standards of our brand

·      Must have a winning personality and be able to motivate the team
