We are in search of a passionate and dynamic Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver an exceptional dining experience that blends creativity, quality, and European culinary influence. This is a unique opportunity to shape a fresh, scratch-made menu across breakfast, brunch, and dinner in a collaborative, guest-focused environment.
Executive Chef Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, execution, and quality assurance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented kitchen team while fostering a culture of excellence, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Create seasonal, innovative menus that reflect both global creativity and a strong European influence.
- Ensure all dishes are made from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen.
- Demonstrated expertise in scratch cooking with a strong emphasis on breakfast, brunch, and dinner service.
- Must have a clear European culinary influence and deep appreciation for regional techniques, ingredients, and presentations.
- Strong business acumen, including budgeting, food costing, and financial oversight.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead a diverse and driven team.
- A passion for culinary innovation and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
