We are a growing Wellness Franchise that is in need of a dynamic individual to support the General Managers and Franchise Owners. Knowing how to increase retention of the team, sales in all areas, and adherence to our core values and standards. Growth is unlimited – so please send me your resume today if interested. Note: Travel is involved – probably up to 50%

Franchise Business Coach Requirements:

  • 5+ years in spa management of more than 5 locations
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to nurture and grow a team remotely
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage budgets – strong financial acumen
