We are looking for a Fast-Casual General Manager to lead the way. We are a founder-driven organization with a fun, supportive atmosphere that takes our food and guest service seriously. We have 20 units in the USA and 5 abroad! This would be for a new store opening in February 2025. We offer an amazing quality of life, no late nights, and huge growth opportunities. 70K-75K plus a very attainable bonus and the best benefits in the business! We will look at all verticals, QSR, Fast-Casual, and Full-Service.
General Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in the fast-casual or full-service segment
- A leader who cares about working for an ethical, environmentally-focused company
- Passion for hospitality
- Driven by having smart goals and clear expectations
