We are currently looking for Sous Chefs in the Boston Area! We are an established Cafe with a great culture and are looking for Sous Chefs who want to grow with our company!

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef overseeing the Cafe, including administrative duties
  • Ensure consistency in production and quality is met
  • Mentor and develop staff, including training
  • Works with Chef to implement changes in the kitchen

Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Culinary degree is a plus!
  • At least 3+ yrs in a high volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership skills including mentoring and development
  • Knowledgeable with systems, including POS and inventory systems
  • Spanish language is preferred

Sous Chef Compensation:
