General Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within an upscale full-service hotel
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management
- Ownership mentality with the ability to operate the hotel in partnership with ownership
- Experience in developing and implementing hotel SOPs to enhance sales and guest experience
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and improve daily hotel operations, ensuring efficient front desk and housekeeping services.
- Actively connect with guests and team members to provide outstanding service and encourage collaboration.
- Partner with ownership to develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to boost revenue.
- Evaluate financial statements, manage budgets, and assist in shaping long-term business plans.
