This leadership role is key to driving scalable hiring practices and building high-performing, guest-focused teams that support continued growth.

Director of Talent Acquisition Requirements/Responsibilities

  • 3+ years’ recruitment experience in hospitality or multi-unit operations
  • Lead full-cycle hiring for management and hourly roles
  • Manage ATS platforms and recruiting channels
  • Build pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles
  • Strengthen employer brand through sourcing and candidate experience
  • Partner with leadership on staffing needs and internal mobility
  • Ensure hiring process compliance and report hiring metrics
  • Represent company at job fairs and hospitality schools
