Join an iconic restaurant group as the Executive Chef of a high-volume, scratch kitchen in Orlando. This is a full-time leadership role offering competitive pay, benefits, and the chance to grow your career with one of Florida’s most historic culinary brands.

Executive Chef – Benefits & Compensation:

• Annual bonus: $8,000–$12,000
• Full health and dental insurance
• Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays
• Closed on all major holidays
• Relocation assistance is considered for top candidates

Executive Chef – Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Executive Chef in a $10M–$15M/year high-volume, scratch kitchen
• Proven leadership with ability to manage 15–20 cooks and 3–4 kitchen managers per shift
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, cost control, inventory, and team training
• Must present a polished, professional appearance (no facial tattoos, unnatural hair colors, or unkempt beards)
• Stable work history – fewer than four employers in the past 10 years
• Passion for long-term career growth within a respected organization

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance kitchen culture
• Comfortable with a structured environment and maintaining high brand standards
