A nationally respected hospitality group is seeking a polished and experienced Executive Chef to lead back-of-house operations at a high-volume, upscale scratch kitchen in Orlando. This is a career-defining opportunity with strong earning potential, long-term growth, and leadership in one of the area’s most dynamic culinary environments.
Executive Chef – Benefits & Compensation:
• Annual bonus: $8,000–$12,000
• Full health and dental insurance
• Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays
• Closed on all major holidays
• Relocation assistance is considered for top candidates
Executive Chef – Requirements & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Executive Chef in a $10M–$15M/year scratch kitchen
• Proven leadership overseeing 15–20 cooks and 3–4 kitchen managers per shift
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, cost control, inventory, and team training
• Professional appearance and demeanor are required (no facial tattoos, unnatural hair colors, or unkempt beards)
• Stable work history – fewer than four employers in the past 10 years
• Committed to long-term career growth within a respected restaurant group
Executive Chef – Preferred Background & Skills:
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to maintain a positive, structured, and high-performance kitchen culture
• Experience upholding strict brand standards in upscale dining environments
