A rapidly growing QSR brand with 30+ locations is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead operational strategy and execution across its restaurant footprint. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone with deep operational experience, a passion for people development, and a drive to help scale a high-performance hospitality concept into new markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of Directors of Operations and General Managers to ensure operational excellence, team engagement, and accountability
- Oversee restaurant performance including labor management, cost controls, guest experience, and brand standards
- Build and optimize systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure to support expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Culinary, and Marketing to align operations with growth objectives
- Play a critical role in scaling into new markets, including new store openings, team development, and market-specific adaptation
- Bring a hands-on, people-first leadership style that balances execution with empathy
- Bonus: Experience with commissary or centralized kitchen operations and culinary collaboration is a strong plus
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership in QSR or fast casual; VP or Senior Director experience strongly preferred
- Proven success in leading multi-unit operations and driving performance at scale
- Demonstrated experience expanding a brand into new markets or states
- Strong command of operational KPIs, labor optimization, and cost management
- Highly collaborative, accountable, and effective at building teams from the ground up
- Culinary/commissary operations experience a plus, especially in growth-stage concepts
Perks & Compensation:
- Base Salary: $170,000 – $185,000
