Position Overview:

We seek a polished, high-energy Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations at our Orlando location. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with competitive pay, benefits, and growth potential within an iconic brand.

Preferred Background & Skills

  • Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional food quality.
  • Manage a culinary team of 15–20 cooks and 3–4 managers per shift.
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and maintain cost controls.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative kitchen culture.

Requirments & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Executive Chef in a high-volume ($10M–$15M/year) upscale full-service from-scratch kitchen.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to oversee large, dynamic kitchen teams.
  • Polished, professional presentation; no face tattoos, unnatural hair colors, or unkempt beards.
  • Experience with Spanish or Cuban cuisine is highly preferred.
  • Stable work history — fewer than four jobs in the past 10 years.
  • We are seeking committed, long-term, career-focused professionals.

  • Competitive base salary ($85,000–$95,000)
  • Performance-based annual bonus ($5,000–$10,000)
