Position Overview:
We seek a polished, high-energy Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations at our Orlando location. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with competitive pay, benefits, and growth potential within an iconic brand.
Preferred Background & Skills
- Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional food quality.
- Manage a culinary team of 15–20 cooks and 3–4 managers per shift.
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and maintain cost controls.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative kitchen culture.
Requirments & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Executive Chef in a high-volume ($10M–$15M/year) upscale full-service from-scratch kitchen.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to oversee large, dynamic kitchen teams.
- Polished, professional presentation; no face tattoos, unnatural hair colors, or unkempt beards.
- Experience with Spanish or Cuban cuisine is highly preferred.
- Stable work history — fewer than four jobs in the past 10 years.
- We are seeking committed, long-term, career-focused professionals.
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary ($85,000–$95,000)
- Performance-based annual bonus ($5,000–$10,000)
