An established engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineer to join its team and thrive in a highly collaborative, mentorship-driven environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful civil engineering projects across site design, utilities, stormwater systems, and roadway development, while receiving guidance from senior engineers. Civil Engineer – Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; EIT or PE license in Florida preferred
- 1–6 years of civil engineering experience, with private development background
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads a plus
- Prepare plans, specifications, design documents, and reports within schedule and budget
- Support site development, utility design, stormwater systems, and roadway design
- Communicate with clients, attend meetings, and understand project requirements
- Ensure compliance with local codes, QA/QC policies, and industry standards
- Participate in permitting processes and coordinate with regulatory agencies
- Exhibit professionalism and strong work ethic in team and client interactions
