Are you looking to grow your restaurant experience as a Sous Chef? We are looking for a strong Sous Chef who can help lead our thriving operation. Chef-driven scratch cooking in an upscale casual setting is what we are about.
Sous Chef Requirements/Qualifications:
- 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a 100% scratch-cooking environment
- Mexican or Latin American cuisine experience is strongly preferred
- Solid tenures and references from chef-driven concepts
- Strong people management and culture-building abilities
