Currently looking for a General Manager to oversee a nightclub in Tallahassee!

General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years General Manager experience in a nightclub concept
  • 4+ years experience working in nightclubs
  • Sales volume of $3M+
  • Incredible leadership mentality, leading with integrity and genuine care for others
  • Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work late nights
  • Must have patience and a teamwork mentality
  • Willingness to learn and grow as part of the organization
  • Do-whatever-it-takes and outside-the-box mentality
  • Must be loyal to staying in Tallahassee and being a part of company growth
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Email, Excel

General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

  • Experience in a college bar atmosphere
  • Knowledge of Heartland POS systems is preferred but not required
  • Previous bartender experience is appreciated
