What You Bring:

– A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of progressive engineering experience.

– A commitment to integrity and excellence, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

– Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interface with all levels of the organization.

– Proficiency in manufacturing processes, machine tools, and materials, along with knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics.

– The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict deadlines without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Do:

As our Applications Engineer, you will play a critical role in translating customer needs into effective engineering solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

– Performing applications engineering to meet customer requirements.

– Reading and interpreting specifications and plan drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

– Creating manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD or Inventor 3D solid modeling software.

– Collaborating with suppliers for pricing and delivery while communicating technical information.

– Troubleshooting issues during and after implementation and providing guidance to engineering teams.

– Implementing new technologies and cost-saving techniques to enhance equipment design.

– Coordinating with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure project timelines and customer satisfaction are met.

– Developing and improving processes and procedures, while occasionally traveling for domestic and international projects.
