Artisan Viennoiserie Baker Requirements:
- Croissant & Viennoiserie Expertise – 3 to 5 years of experience specializing in laminated dough, particularly croissants and other traditional French pastries.
- Technical Precision – Strong knowledge of fermentation, butter lamination, shaping, and baking techniques.
- Efficiency & Organization – Ability to maintain high production standards in a fast-paced setting.
- Quality Focus – Commitment to consistency, food safety, and attention to detail.
Artisan Viennoiserie Baker Responsibilities:
- Daily Production – Craft and bake high-quality croissants to meet production needs.
- Dough Preparation & Lamination – Maintain precise control over fermentation, rolling, and shaping processes.
- Recipe Execution & Quality Control – Ensure consistency in texture, flakiness, and flavor.
- Inventory & Maintenance – Assist in ingredient management, equipment care, and kitchen cleanliness.
