Exec Sous Chef Qualifications
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Mentor and develop line cooks
- Ensures quality and maintains company standards
- Current ServSafe Manager's certification
Exec Sous Chef Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a Sous Chef role in high-volume scratch kitchen
- Must lead, work, and direct the line during service
- Excellent knife skills
- Solid tenures
- Systems and inventory knowledge
