We are looking for a proven high-volume banquet and catering culinarian to partner with the culinary operations team in the Kansas City metro. BOH Lead Perks:
- Pay in the $18-$23/hour range

BOH Lead Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recent experience in an upscale full-service hotel or catering venue, including significant experience with large-scale on and off-site elevated catering operations with annual sales volumes over $10MM
- Significant experience successfully developing, implementing, and executing extensive and varied menus of all worldly cuisines for on and offsite catering events of all sizes
- Experience leading a culinary team
- Ability to and desire to work a flexible schedule including days/nights/weekends and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
