Full-Service Restaurant Manager – Join Our Growing Hospitality Group!

We are a dynamic and expanding hospitality group looking for a professional, high-energy Full-Service Restaurant Manager to join our team! If you’re passionate about hospitality and have strong financial acumen, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who excels in training, development, and guest experience.

📍 Location: Utica, NY

💰 Relocation expenses covered by the employer

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively and efficiently communicate information across all teams
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Detail-oriented with a true passion for hospitality
  • Partner with the BOH team to oversee seamless service execution
  • Create exceptional guest experiences while clearly defining FOH and BOH expectations
  • Coach, train, and develop FOH employees to uphold service and operational standards
  • Contribute to team success by leading with integrity and accountability

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Full-Service Restaurant Manager – No job hoppers
  • Experience in high-volume operations ($4M+ in annual revenue)
  • Strong leadership qualities: approachable, team-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven
  • Proven ability to set, maintain, and exceed operational standards while fostering strong relationships
