Structural Engineer Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Full Project Lifecycle: Manage structural designs from concept to completion, ensuring precision, compliance, and innovation at every stage.
  • Develop Cutting-Edge Solutions: Create optimal, code-compliant designs using site-specific conditions and loadings, while applying industry standards (AASHTO, ADM, ACI, AISC, ASCE, DOT, IBC, NDS, etc.).
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges, streamline workflows, and deliver efficient, groundbreaking solutions.
  • Drive Project Success: Oversee schedules, budgets, and expectations, proactively addressing challenges to ensure seamless execution.

Structural Engineer qualification:

  • Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in structural design, with a focus on bridge design or prefabricated structures.
  • Leadership Skills: 2+ years of project management experience, with the ability to guide teams and deliver results.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Tekla Structural Designer (or similar FEA tools), structural materials, and fabrication methods.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to tackling challenges, finding innovative solutions, and driving projects forward.
