Job Summary:
Seeking for a Program Manager to join an industry leader in providing equipment, accessories, and chemicals for professional cleaning, facility maintenance, portable environmental control, fire remediation, and water damage restoration. This role focuses on managing new product development programs, including strategic market initiatives with internal and external partners.
Program Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Set and maintain product development timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct cost analysis and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position products in the market.
- Manage product life cycles and stage-gate approvals.
- Develop strategic plans and track product growth.
- Facilitate product introductions into new markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of program management experience.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Understanding of business/profit models and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $78,000 – $90,000
