Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide your team to ensure everything is running smoothly.
- Set clear goals and help your team achieve them.
- Oversee daily operations and make sure standards are met, from food handling to customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in upscale, high-volume restaurant management.
- Experience with sanitation and food safety practices.
- Ability to multitask and work hands-on when needed.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
