This is an excellent career development opportunity for a food service professional with 2 plus years of full-service General Manager experience. You will be working mostly day shifts so the position affords plenty of work-life balance:
General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Restaurant General Management experience in a full-service restaurant with a bar.
- Solid tenure and great references from previous employers
- Ability to role model hospitality and inspire others to do so
- Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
- Understanding of financial aspects of business operations and how to deliver results

- A strong base salary of $80-$85K plus bonus potential for a six figure annual income.
