We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Beverage Director who not only has a deep understanding of beverages but also possesses strong leadership, strategic planning, and business acumen.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience managing 5M in Beer, Spirits and Wine
  • Expert-level knowledge in both Italian and French wine, Spritis and proficient in Japenese Whiskey and Sake
  • Exerpeicne in Cocktail creation (French, Italian and more)
  • Managed Multi-Unti of over 7 Restaurants
  • Knowledgable in beverage cost an managing them as well as vendors
  • Driven to find good deals that fit the brand and beverage direction

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing the entire beverage program across all corporate locations
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Analyzing sales data and trends to optimize beverage offerings and profitability
