We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Beverage Director who not only has a deep understanding of beverages but also possesses strong leadership, strategic planning, and business acumen.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience managing 5M in Beer, Spirits and Wine
- Expert-level knowledge in both Italian and French wine, Spritis and proficient in Japenese Whiskey and Sake
- Exerpeicne in Cocktail creation (French, Italian and more)
- Managed Multi-Unti of over 7 Restaurants
- Knowledgable in beverage cost an managing them as well as vendors
- Driven to find good deals that fit the brand and beverage direction
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing the entire beverage program across all corporate locations
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Analyzing sales data and trends to optimize beverage offerings and profitability
