Executive Chef Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Daily operations – ensure a quality product
  • Train, develop, and mentor a tenured team
  • Create weekly specials
  • 4 years as Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
  • Proven ability to manage food & labor costs
