One of New York's best restaurant groups in NYC is searching for a Director of Operations. If you are a Director of Operations with at least 5 years of fine dining experience and looking for a new opportunity with lots of growth, then this opportunity is for you.

Director of Operations Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of the club's culinary and dining experience for members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence, strategic alignment, and uphold the club's reputation.
  • Oversee communication efforts and membership processes, including collateral development.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets to achieve financial goals and uphold quality standards.
  •  Anticipate guest's needs and respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
  •  Foster strong member relationships and gather feedback to enhance dining experiences continually.

 Director of Operations Qualifications:

  • Opening Experience of a New Private Club    
  • 5 years of previous experience managing in Private Club-Fine Dining
  •  Strong analytical capabilities including budgeting and financial acumen
  •  Ability to motivate and drive performance throughout the team
  •  Must Possess excellent people and communication skills.
