Sous Chef Requirements
- Culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a back-of-house leadership role
- ServSafe certification is required (can be received in-house)
- Ability to read and write in English
Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Assist with menu development
- Ordering and receiving
- Provide training, direction, development, and accountability to the culinary team
- Control food and labor costs as it relates to the culinary operation
