Private mountain golf club seeks an experienced Golf Course Superintendent to oversee all turf and grounds operations, ensuring top playing conditions and a well-maintained property year-round. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong agronomic knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a dedicated maintenance team in a high-standard environment.

Golf Course Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications

5+ years of golf course or turf management leadership experience
Knowledge on cool season grass – Bent Grass preferred
Skilled in irrigation systems, pest and disease control, and equipment management
Strong budgeting, planning, and staff development skills
Experience in leading a team of 15+ team members

Golf Course Superintendent Preferred Background and Skills

GCSAA certification (or eligibility for certification)
Experience with resort or private golf course operations
Proven success in improving course quality and resource efficiency
Strong communication and leadership skills
